bpex Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bpex platform — including the website, mobile interface, casino games, sportsbook, live dealer tables, or any other service offered under the bpex brand — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and bpex (the "Platform" or "Company").

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the bpex platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

bpex reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bpex will provide reasonable notice through the platform interface, by email, or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

To register and use bpex, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the bpex platform.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not as a professional or on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing bpex from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or associate of bpex, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from the bpex platform.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. bpex may, at any time, request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, or payment methods. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active bpex account. If bpex determines that you have registered multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses awarded to those accounts will be void, and winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Your bpex account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with any other person under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.

You must keep your login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes received via SMS or email, strictly confidential. bpex will never ask you to share your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact bpex customer support immediately at [email protected].

bpex reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion if it determines, on reasonable grounds, that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, that the account holder has provided false information, or that account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as specified in the current fee schedule published in the bpex account dashboard. bpex will notify account holders by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

All bpex accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are published in the Cashier section of your bpex account and may be updated from time to time. bpex does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bpex accepts no liability.

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa deposits: Credited instantly upon successful mobile wallet confirmation.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Raast): Credited within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours.
• JazzCash & EasyPaisa withdrawals: Processed within 20 minutes of approval.
• Bank withdrawals: Processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible. bpex reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for large or unusual withdrawal requests. Any funds deposited by a payment method that bpex is subsequently unable to refund to will be returned via an alternative method at bpex's discretion.

bpex does not accept deposits made with funds that are in any way connected to criminal activity or money laundering. Any suspicion of financial crime will be reported to the relevant regulatory authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

bpex offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the bpex promotions page and within your account notifications.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bpex bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times — as specified in the promotion — before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused or incomplete bonus funds expire at the end of the promotion period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• bpex reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to any bonus funds already credited to player accounts at that point.
• Players may only participate in each promotional offer once, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion is bonus abuse and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• bpex reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal financial risk, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, or exploiting software errors.

All bets and wagers placed on bpex — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, or sports betting markets including PSL and international cricket — are final once confirmed. bpex does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances where bpex exercises its right to void bets as described below.

bpex reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on incorrect odds published due to a technical error or human error on the part of bpex.
• The event or market to which the bet relates is suspended, cancelled, or otherwise rendered void by the relevant sporting authority or event organiser.
• Evidence exists that the result of the event or game was manipulated or subject to match-fixing.
• The bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity or in violation of these Terms.
• A technical malfunction of the bpex platform affected the outcome or recording of the bet.

In the event that a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's bpex wallet. Voided bets do not count towards any wagering requirements attached to active bonuses.

Game outcomes in bpex casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG ensures that outcomes are completely random and independent of previous results. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by certified live dealers in a controlled studio environment. bpex does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bpex platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reports to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive bpex, including providing false identity information, forging payment documentation, or misrepresenting your eligibility.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the bpex platform without human input.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the bpex platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known or unknown errors are void.
• Money Laundering: Using the bpex platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic strategy designed to extract value from bpex bonuses in a way that circumvents their intended purpose, including low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on bpex.
• Sharing Account Access: Allowing any other person to access or use your bpex account, or accessing another player's account without their explicit authorisation.

bpex is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. bpex recognises that for a small minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty to those players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bpex account holders at no charge, directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your total permitted losses over a defined period. These limits cannot be increased for 48 hours after a reduction is requested.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. Once the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net result of your current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. During exclusion, access is blocked and all marketing communications are suspended.

bpex strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement across all games, betting markets, and platform features. bpex actively employs age verification checks and monitors accounts for indicators of underage use. bpex collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on bpex, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by bpex includes, but is not limited to: full name, date of birth, national identity number, contact details, device information, IP address, and transaction records. This data is used for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the improvement of bpex services.

bpex implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. Player data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. bpex may share data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and third-party identity verification providers where required by law or these Terms.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by bpex, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpex's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the bpex platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to bpex in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bpex shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data arising from technical failures.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the bpex platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where bpex is not at fault.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on the bpex platform.

You may close your bpex account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

bpex may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• bpex is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or other legal obligation.
• bpex reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your continued use of the platform presents a risk to other players or the integrity of the bpex platform.

In the event of termination for cause, bpex reserves the right to withhold the balance of your account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, all funds in the account may be forfeited. Where the investigation finds no breach, the remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

bpex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, bpex will notify registered players via email, via an in-platform notification, or by displaying a notice on the bpex website. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document.

Amendments take effect at the time of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the bpex platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the bpex platform before the amendments take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which bpex operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bpex platform, bpex encourages players to contact customer support in the first instance, as the majority of issues are resolved quickly at this level.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with bpex customer support, the matter may be escalated to bpex's internal complaints review process. You will receive a written acknowledgement of your complaint within 72 hours, and a final resolution decision within 28 days.

bpex's decisions on matters of game outcome, bet validity, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to demonstrable technical error. bpex's records of all transactions, bets, and account activity shall be the primary evidence in any dispute resolution process.
